Valentine's Day Quilt

This is my Valentine's Day quilt - full of LOVE!

Hymnal Angel

I made this hymnal angel for my mother-in-law, Lea, for her birthday. Danny & Amber gave me one for Christmas and I just fell in love with it. The hardest part is finding an old hymnal.

snowman quilt

I just love my "snowman" quilt. I put it on the couch during January.

Raun & Ray blankets

As you can see Raun & Ray got identical Florida Gator blankets for Christmas.

Danny's blanket

I made this blanket for Danny. As you can tell he is a Green Bay Packer fan.

Amber's quilt

I also made this breast cancer quilt for Amber. I liked the cotton AND the fleece so she got one of each.

Amber's Blanket

I made this blanket for Amber for Christmas. She lost a very good friend to breast cancer a few years ago and she now participates in fund raisers.

Mama's quilt

I made this quilt for Mama for Mother's Day 2007. She'd mentioned she likes these colors and I just loved the feminine looking fabric. Sort of gave it an old fashioned look.

Christmas Quilt

This is my Christmas quilt. I was torn between a religious, traditional or elegant theme so I went with all 3. My best friend, Teri, from Colorado had sent me some pieces with gold in them. I noticed most of my favorite pieces had gold so I went with a gold theme. It's one of my favorites.

Froggie Quilt

I made this one for Ray's Mom, Lea, for Mother's Day 2007. She likes frogs and collects "froggie" things.

Cross Stitch

I did this stamped cross stitch in 1975 (yes 33 years ago) when I first got married. We lived in Montana at the time.

Mississippi Grandkids' blankets

I made these blankets/quilts for the Mississippi grandkids for Christmas 2007.

Autumn's Blanket

I made this fleece blanket for Autumn after her big brother, Clint, passed away. Now when she misses "Bubba" she can wrap up in this blanket and feel warm and safe.

Tammy's Ragged Quilt

This is Tammy's ragged quilt. I got some of the pieces while visiting the Mississippi gulf coast. She said she would share it with Wayne.

Thanksgiving Quilt

This is my Thanksgiving quilt. I just love the fall colors and scarecrows on this one.

Mammy dolls

I made these Mammy dolls about 22 years ago while living in Montana.

Amish Family

I made this Amish family about 22 years ago when we lived in Montana.

Ninny's Ragged Quilt

This is my first ragged quilt. I kept this one for myself. It is so warm and soft.

St. Patrick's Day Quilt

This is my St. Patrick's Day quilt. Of course it's one of my favorites - MY BIRTHDAY!!!!!!!

Easter Quilt

This is my Easter quilt. I just love the pastel colors. And what a day to celebrate - when Jesus rose from the dead.

4th of July Quilt

This is my 4th of July quilt. My best friend, Teri Blesi, sent me fabric from Colorado to make this one.

Flower Quilt

This is my September "flower" quilt. It has a saying along the edge "All Things Grow With Love".

Cloth Doll

I made this cloth doll many years ago. She looks so pure and innocent in white.

Halloween Quilt

This is my Halloween quilt. One of my favorite holidays. I just love fall weather, fall colors, watching the leaves fall, pumpkins, scarecrows, hayrides and seeing kids in costumes. I consider it a festive time - not a satanic time. Kids get to dress up and pretend.

Tammy's Birthday Quilt

This quilt was made for my sister, Tammy, for a birthday present. She'd told me she loves these colors and although you can't see it there is a verse on it "I am the vine, you are the branches, abide in me" John 15:5 All of the squares are covered in butterflies.

Ashley's Get Well Quilt

I made this quilt for Ashley as a Get Well gift. She had been in a boating accident and I thought it might bring her comfort. Plus, she is a big polka dot fan. But, on my last visit I noticed Mackenzye had taken over the quilt :)
